Facility and Local Requirements
A program needs suitable vehicles, a secure facility, utilities, machinery, lifting equipment and local technical support. Permits, customs coordination and local logistics are reviewed before mobilization. Approval depends on feasibility and the relevant local requirements.
Responsibilities and Quality Controls
SchutzCarr and client responsibilities are agreed before mobilization. The program defines technical supervision, work instructions, inspection points, quality records, issue escalation and acceptance requirements.
Program Scope and Handover
A program may involve suitable client vehicles, fleet conversions, APC production or special-purpose vehicles. Every platform is assessed first. Production scale, testing, documentation and handover are agreed for the project; local production is not an automatic outcome.
